I started my career as a UX and digital designer — which means I came up doing the work before I led it. That background shapes how I read a project, how I communicate with design and development teams, and how I approach the gap between what stakeholders ask for and what can actually be built. Most project managers don't have that fluency. I do.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience across UX/UI, digital production, project management, and operations leadership. Candice Jenkins Consulting was built from years of working inside agencies, organizations, and consulting environments — leading complex work where coordination, accountability, stakeholder communication, and execution matter. My background spans agency environments, public health campaigns, nonprofit healthcare, biotech, digital experience research, and Microsoft-related program support through Indigeno.

Today, I bring that experience to agencies, startups, primes, and growing teams that need senior delivery support without hiring full-time. Whether stepping in to lead a critical project, organize a delivery system, support a launch, or provide subcontractor support within an active contract, my focus is the same: help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
