Overview

CeleCor Therapeutics was developing zalunfiban — a prehospital heart attack treatment — and needed a digital presence capable of supporting investor conversations, cardiologist engagement, and industry partnerships. The science was real. The stakes were high. The challenge was translating dense clinical data into a website that non-scientific investors could read, trust, and act on.

The Challenge

Biotech communications sit at a difficult intersection: scientific accuracy is non-negotiable, but investor audiences need clarity, not complexity. Too technical and you lose the room. Too simplified and you lose credibility with clinicians. The site also needed to be CMS-enabled and scalable, and every claim required review against biotech communication compliance standards.

What I Did
  • Led a discovery and planning phase to define the target audience, site architecture, core messaging framework, and the line between investor-facing and clinician-facing content

  • Managed content and design integration — coordinating between Wondros creative and strategy teams and CeleCor's scientific leadership to produce accessible investor-facing storytelling without sacrificing accuracy

  • Oversaw site architecture, UX design, and responsive development on a scalable CMS built to grow as the clinical program advanced

  • Managed QA, stakeholder alignment at each milestone, and launch readiness — ensuring every approval gate was cleared before go-live

  • Held the coordination layer between clinical, creative, and business stakeholders across the full engagement

Results

CeleCor launched with a polished, credible digital presence purpose-built for investor and partner engagement. Complex cardiac science translated into clear, accessible stakeholder communication. Zero compliance incidents. A CMS platform CeleCor could manage and scale independently.

The site became a core asset for CeleCor's fundraising and partnership conversations — a foundation for investor confidence at a critical stage of development.
