Background
Indigeno was a young company serving high-profile clients — including Microsoft-related programs — and needed to balance responsiveness with the operational structure required to deliver complex digital and experience research programs reliably. The founder sought a trusted partner to bring structure to day-to-day operations without slowing the team down.
My role was to act as both operational architect and hands-on executor — building the practices and tools Indigeno needed to grow.
